Career

Joep Schreijer is an associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at the Amsterdam office of Dentons (formerly Boekel). Joep advises clients on a wide-variety of general corporate and commercial matters, and is primarily engaged in (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and investments within various market sectors, as well as corporate reorganizations and corporate governance. He advises both national and international public and private companies, including leading service providers, industrial and financial organizations and private equity firms.

Joep obtained his Bachelor of Law (LLB) at the University of Amsterdam and completed a Master’s in Private Law: Commercial Legal Practice (LL.M.). During his master’s, Joep was involved in the Amsterdam Center for Entrepreneurship (ACE), where he was a co-founder and a board member of ACE Connect, ACE’s student association.
