Career

As a candidate civil-law notary and junior associate, Jan de Wit focuses on family law and company law issues. He manages several files and functions and is a contact person for all parties. Jan drafts and prepares notarial deeds, statements, resolutions, accompanying letters, etc.

With regard to the Dutch family law, he drafts last wills, powers of attorney, prenuptial and gifts agreements. Furthermore, the practice advises on estate settlements. Regarding company law, Jan drafts notarial deeds of incorporation, amendment to the articles of association, transfer of shares and deeds of repurchase and cancellation.

Given the fact that Jan graduated with a Master’s degree in Dutch Tax law, tax aspects are of his special interest.
