  • Advised Corporación Multi Inversiones’s renewable energy business unit, CMI Energía, on the refinancing of approximately $1bn in existing project finance debt owed by its subsidiaries in Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic.
