Combining her administrative roles as regional managing partner across APAC with a compelling transactional practice, team head Connie Heng leads from the front and continues to handle a range of international securities, including on Rule 144A/Reg S offerings, as well as significant recent experience in RMB capital markets products. Angela Chan has a strong and varied practice which includes a considerable amount of work for Chinese clients on offshore bond issuances, as well as international offerings, including her work for China Merchants Bank on its novel issuance of floating rate blue notes.
