Melle Boevink is counsel in our Dispute Resolution Practice Area Group. He advises international and domestic clients, including foreign States, in cross-border commercial disputes both in international arbitration proceedings and in proceedings before Dutch state courts (courts of first instance and courts of appeal). ​ Melle also regularly acts in high-profile enforcement and setting aside proceedings of arbitral awards.​ Melle is recognised in the Chambers Global Guide and the Legal 500 for Arbitration in the Netherlands.​ Melle has been with CMS since 2026 and previously worked as attorney-at-law in Dispute Resolution for a major law firm for nearly 12 years.
