Femke is a civil- law notary, partner in the Real Estate & Construction practice group of CMS and co-heads the Real Estate and Construction Sector Group. She mainly advises (international) investors and project developers and advises clients on transactions, project development, financing and transformation projects.

As a member of the Energy & Climate Change Group, Femke has a strong focus on sustainable energy projects (wind, solar and heat). She frequently advises on the structuring of ownership and usage rights in making real estate portfolios sustainable as well as in renewable energy projects, such as solar PV and onshore wind projects. Furthermore, Femke has a focus on ESG and is co-lead of the ESG team.
