Tessa Penninks works as a lawyer in the Banking & Finance Practice Area Group and heads the Financial Services Team of CMS Netherlands.​

Tessa advises financial institutions as banks, credit providers, payment service providers, insurers, FinTech/InsurTech companies and leasing companies in the field of, among other things, financial supervision regulations, market-entry (licensing application and European Passport notification) and anti-money laundering regulations, including the contact with the regulator in this regard. ​

In addition, Tessa is particularly involved in the preparation and review of contractual documents regarding financial products and services, leasing and securities. Tessa also advises in disputes and litigation in these areas.​
