Louisa Engels is counsel in our Real Estate & ConstructionPractice Area Group. She is an experienced and recognisedspecialist in public procurement and construction law. ​

Louisa has a special focus on infrastructure projects, areadevelopments and complex IT procurements. She is a trustedadvisor to both public authorities and market parties. ​

Louisa is a much-requested lecturer, she publishes in severallegal journals and chairs the Public Procurement LawCommittee of the Dutch Law for Climate foundation.
