Mark Ziekman is the chair of our global Consumer Products Sector Area Group and a member of our firm's Corporate / M&A Practice Group. He is active in the field of company law and specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and governance and structuring issues. He focusses on the consumer products industry, as well as the automotive industry. ​

Mark also is the head of the China Desk for CMS Netherlands.
