Associate

Marco Boudens is a member of the Corporate / M&A Practice Area of our firm. He specialises in energy law, and advises on commercial energy agreements, and on regulatory regulations. He advises on all energy categories, including electricity, gas, heath, hydrogen, nuclear, CCS, and (renewable) subsidies. ​Marco advises all parties in the energy sector, including project developers, grid operators, suppliers, public authorities, large scale energy consumers such as datacenters and large industries, and energy producers, such as offshore and onshore windparks and onshore solar PV parks. ​He frequently publishes articles on developments in the energy sector and is co-editor on several CMS expert guides.
