Senior Associate

Michelle van den Brink is a lawyer in our Real Estate & Construction Practice Area Group at CMS, where she specialises in procurement law and construction law. Her work includes advising on legal disputes, drawing up procedural documents and carrying out case law and literature research.​

She concentrates on civil construction law and represents a wide variety of clients, contractors and consultants, both in and out of court. Michelle has been with CMS since 2015.​
