Senior Associate

Marcellina Rietvelt is a senior associate in our Corporate/M&A Practice Area Group with a special focus on the energy sector. She specialises in company law and advises both international and domestic clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, sustainable energy projects and energy related commercial contracts. ​

She has advised on many renewable energy (solar and wind) transactions and has extensive experience coordinating energy transactions. In addition, she has advised on several PPAs and commercial contracts with (national) grid operators.​

Marcellina is nominated for Best Young M&A Lawyer 2024 by Mena.nl.
