Evis Zaja has a strong practice in corporate matters and has provided legal advice in corporate matters to national and international clients operating in different industries. Apart from her strength in corporate matters, Evis is recognized for her experience in energy and banking and financing. In the energy sector, she has been involved in numerous projects related to renewable energy and energy efficiency, providing her legal advice in project development agreements, project finance, EPC contracts, PPP and other aspects of various energy projects. Whilst in the banking and financing, she has provided her advice to international organizations in various financing projects and to local banks in the regulatory and compliance sector.
Her experience is also focused on technology, media and communications and competition matters for national and international transactions, including consumer and data protection issues.
Evis is a registered IP agent and assists clients in securing and protecting their IP rights through the registration process and contractual arrangements, but also advises them in litigation
