Career

Besnik Duraj is a partner at CMS Albania, and is actively involved in counseling and advising various domestic and multi-national companies in Albania and Kosovo.

Besnik focuses on infrastructure projects, PPPs and public procurement, corporate law, and banking & finance. He specialises in various areas of corporate activity, including commercial matters, M&A transactions, and partnership structures.    

In addition to the above, Besnik is heading Firm’s litigation practice. Among his wide coverage of practice areas, he has been involved in many cases and disputes relating to regulatory, tax and commercial matters.

Besnik gained considerable experience prior to joining CMS, working with major international and regional firms in Albania and Kosovo, such as PwC, Eversheds and Drakopoulos.
