Career

Ana Radnev is Romanian and English law qualified Partner in the Banking and International Finance team of CMS acting for sponsors and lenders on complex structured multi-jurisdictional financing transactions in Central and South-eastern Europe, Turkey and the Baltic countries having been covering the region for over 20 years.

As of May 2019, Ana has been relocated back to the Bucharest office and she coordinates the Banking & Finance team in Romania, spearheading local and regional finance transactions from the Bucharest base.

Ana advises on a wide range of transactions including sponsor led leveraged financings, recaps, infrastructure finance, non-recourse project and real estate financings. Ana has particular expertise representing financial sponsors and lenders on bilateral or syndicated transactions in the infrastructure, TMC, technology and healthcare sectors.
