Gregor Famira is partner at CMS Vienna and an expert for the hotel and leisure industry and  in corporate law/M&A. He is founder and head of the CMS offices in Zagreb (2003) and Ljubljana (2008) and also coordinates the firm’s activities in the area of Real Estate in CEE and has been active in CEE for 20 years. During this time, he has advised on numerous corporate and real estate transactions in the region

Gregor Famira focusses on the asset classes ‘hotels’ and ‘trade’; he advises owners, financiers and operators/traders not only on transactions, but also on rental and lease agreements as well as franchise and hotel management contracts and real estate developments.

Gregor Famira’s second pillar (since 2005) is advising mainly Austrian start-up companies.
