Andrea Zubović-Devedžić is an attorney with experience in legal work in Bosnia and Herzegovina, admitted to the Bar after passing the Bar exam. She joined CMS Sarajevo in 2010. Her fields of expertise range from Banking and Finance and Corporate, litigation with significant experience in legal advising in number of other practice areas. Besides mentioned, Ms Zubovic-Devedzic possesses experience in legal advising in number of other practice areas and for the past seven years she advised a number of international clients in all commercial, corporate and property law issues.
Andrea Zubović-Devedžić is a partner in cooperation with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz. She specialises in banking and finance and the corporate field and has significant experience in litigation and legal advising in a number of other practice areas. For the past nine years, she has advised a number of international clients in all commercial, corporate and property law issues.

She is experienced in banking and finance law, having been involved in some of the most innovative and ground-breaking banking and finance projects conducted in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with particular emphasis on the local regulatory framework and structuring of the transactions. In particular, she has advised clients on the regulatory aspects of the different types of financial operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, coupled with transactional advice regarding financing projects including loans, capital markets, and syndicated structures, NPL restructuring and corporate aspects relevant for the finance industry.
