The five-strong practice at CMS Carey & Allende regularly draws upon the Santiago office’s strong IT and telecoms expertise when advising domestic and international clients on Chile’s data protection legislation. In relation to foreign clients, the team assists with adapting and implementing data protection policies in Chile (further to the introduction of Europe’s GDPR). CMS Carey & Allende‘s mining practice is experienced in mining property issues, mining contracts, and permits and licenses.
