Marija Mušec joined the team in 2005 and specializes in intellectual property, life sciences and public procurement matters. She heads the local firm’s IP and life sciences team. Her practice spans both contentious and non-contentious issues in trademark, patent, design, copyright, passing off and confidentiality matters.
Marija advises clients across a wide range of industries, including consumer products, information technology, high technology, engineering and pharmaceuticals. She acts as a legal advisor of local governmental across Croatia in public procurement matters the scope of which includes procurement of energy efficiency services.
She is a co-founder of the Croatian chapter of the International Association of Insurance Law (AIDA). She was admitted to the Croatian bar in 2001.
