Lawyer, specialized in general tax consulting, both in Chile and internationally. He provides counselling to companies of various sizes and family groups on issues such as investment structuring in Chile and abroad, asset reorganizations, and product structuring for investment funds. In addition, he has significant experience in tax litigation.

He founded Ulloa & Compañía Abogados with Adriana Zaidan in 2016 as a law firm specialized in tax matters.
