José Joaquín focuses his practice on real estate, regulatory and territorial planning, providing strategic advice to important real estate and construction companies in the development of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects ranging from corporate structure aspects to financing and contentious regulatory matters. He has advised both buyers and sellers in complex real estate transactions. Likewise, he has vast experience in environmental assessment of projects and negotiations with communities and indigenous affairs.

Additionally, he advises international mining clients in the development and operation of their projects in Chile.
