Career
Montserrat is a partner of Fontaine & Cía. since 2005 and leads the Real Estate area of the Firm.
With extensive experience in urban planning, construction and real estate development, she is an advisor to various companies in the field in the structuring, development and execution of real estate projects and in the application of the urban regulations that regulate them.
Her practice includes residential projects, office buildings, shopping centers, mixed-use projects, residential rentals, investments in agricultural land, among others.
She has extensive experience in real estate investment funds, planning regulations and corporate real estate law and advises both buyers and sellers on complex real estate transactions.
Likewise, she advises insurance companies and other institutions in the area of financing real estate projects.
