Career

Guiomar is an Angolan qualified and highly experienced lawyer who is senior partner of FBL. She is a specialist in Banking and Financing and Natural Resources Law. Guiomar is graduated in Law by the Faculty of Law of Agostinho Neto University, Angola (1987) and has a Master Degree in Law by the Faculty of Law of the Classic University of Lisbon, Portugal (1998). Guiomar is acknowledged to be one of the most experienced oil and gas lawyers in Angola. She worked for several years as Head of the Legal Department of Total E&P Angola. She has also been involved in drafting several laws in Angola.  Guiomar is an admitted attorney by the Angolan Bar Association.
