Career
Domício dos Santos Neto is a founding partner at Santos Neto Advogados. He has been working in structured commodity financial operations for about 18 years and has extensive experience assisting structuring financial transactions, investors and implementing guarantee packages in Brazil. He is specialized in corporate restructuring and strategies for coordinating actions involving groups of creditors. In addition, he has experience in corporate law, litigation and civil litigation and bankruptcy. He was a professor of commercial law at the University of São Paulo and the Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP) and is author of several articles published in trade finance and corporate law. Honored by the Foreign Trade and International Relations Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, 2005 and 2006.
