Since 2008, Mr. Blanco commenced practicing administrative, tax and constitutional litigation in the law firm Llaca, Balcázar y Asociados, S.C. Subsequently, in 2009 Mr. Blanco joined the company Grupo Trade, S.A. de C.V., focusing in commercial litigation, and since 2010, Mr. Blanco joined MGPS, and has taken part in the representation of diverse clients in the litigation practice related, among others, to environmental, energy, antitrust, government acquisition processes, infrastructure, commercial and intellectual property matters.
