Alberto Biaggi forms part of the firm since 2014, where he started as a paralegal while completing his law studies. Admitted to professional practice in 2018.

Currently, he is pursuing his postgraduate studies focused on Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedure. He has participated in different diplomas and workshops on the Restructuring and Liquidation of Companies and Individuals Traders, Securities Market, Procedural Law, among others.

Alberto Biaggi has developed his practice in a wide variety of areas since his beginnings at the firm. In his trajectory, he has worked with litigation in administrative courts, as well as civil, criminal, real estate and family, just like in administrative bureaucracy and processes.   He also works in contract torts. In a similar manner, he has developed a corporate practice in the preparation and development of corporate governance and legal counsel for internal company affairs.
