Alixe has a corporate commercial practice with a focus on commercial real estate. She assists with the purchase and sale of commercial and farm properties, including but not limited to bareland developments, office towers, industrial and retail buildings, farmlands and homesteads, condominium developments and large undivided interest transactions. She represents both tenants and landlords in commercial leases and offers to lease, including everything from small retail tenants, ground leases, and farm leases to large, substantial occupancy, long-term tenancies. She also handles commercial property financings, including assisting on complex transactions involving multiple loans across numerous jurisdictions, assisting with refinancing, and simple single property loans.
