Career

Tatiana Chiaradia is a Partner in Tax Area and responsible for the tax litigation area. She has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on the most diverse tax claims (plaintiff and defendant) and risk assessment as to the chances of success of potential or existing claims.

Her performance is especially focused on tax consulting and tax administrative and judicial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, her professional experience includes working in two of the largest law firms in Brazil, in relevant cases with federal and state, superior and administrative courts. Tatiana has a master in constitutional law, providing her with a broader understanding of the legal issues faced by the profession.

Tatiana has been listed among the most admired women lawyers in the country by the Análise Advocacia Mulher, and she has also been a judge of the São Paulo Tax Court (TIT-SP) since 2018.
