Career

Partner in the White-Collar Crimes practice at TozziniFreire Advogados, Rodrigo has 20 years of experience in public service. He was a Public Prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office of the State of São Paulo in 2003 and an Attorney General at the Brazilian Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office from 2004 to 2023, having worked predominantly on cases involving crimes against the Brazil’s national financial system and money laundering. Rodrigo was a member of the anti-cartel group of the São Paulo Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Working Group on Awarded Collaboration and Leniency of the 5th Coordination and Review Chamber of the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office.
