Maria H. Ruiz’s practice includes the defense of federal and state employment discrimination, products liability, medical malpractice claims, personal injury, and defense and prosecution of complex commercial matters. She is a member of the American Inns of Court (1999), the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the DRI Trial Tactics Committee, and the Women in Products Liability Subcommittee of ABA Products Liability Committee.
