The department also assists with internal reviews. The practice is jointly led by Alberto Rencoret, an expert in labour law compliance matters; Nicholas Mocarquer, who advises on anti-corruption, competition and data protection-related compliance issues; and environmental law compliance specialist Ignacio Urrutia.

The group additionally advises on the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
