Andrés Silva joined Larrain y Asociados in 1999 and has been a partner since 2013.
Mr. Silva has been professor of Commercial Law and assistant of Civil Law at the Law Faculty of Universidad de los Andes (2008-2014).

Larrain y Asociados Abogados is particularly well known for its representation of mining and education sector clients. The four-member team’s scope ranges from litigation, recruitment and cross-border employment and migratory issues, to collective bargaining, M&A-related employment issues, and general advice on employment and social security matters.
