Mr Arturo Bulnes
His main areas of practice are commercial and corporate law, regulated services, concessions and public offering of shares, among others. He has worked as an advisor to companies, governments and foreign organizations in projects for the concession of public works and services.
Arturo Bulnes joined Larrain y Asociados in 1994 and is a partner since 1997.
Mr. Bulnes was Professor of Commercial Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile between 1998 and 1999. In addition, he has served as a Member of Conciliation and Arbitration Commissions for Public Works Concession Contracts.
