Max Morgan specializes in maritime transportation, with experience in collisions, spillages, cargo claims, arrest of vessels, maritime insurance and related conflict resolution. He is also well experienced in non-marine insurance and reinsurance as well as commercial, maritime and insurance litigation. He is the leader of the transportation and insurance litigation department. He has advised and defended in arbitration and ordinary courts several companies, P&I clubs, underwriters and reinsurers in cases of high relevance in the last years.
He is co-author of the chapters on Chile at Getting the Deal Through Shipping, Insurance & Reinsurance and Insurance Litigation.
