Career
Practices since 1995. Carlos currently serves as managing partner of the firm. His area of specialization is financial law, including banking, insurance and trusts.
For over 25 years of his professional experience, he has had the opportunity to provide advice to the main banks and insurers of Panamá regarding regulatory and management issues before the different entities of supervision, structuring, review and negotiation of financial contracts and guarantee means.
He organized and managed the fiduciary entity of the SUCRE |ARIAS | REYES Trust Services group from 2004 to 2013, in charge of structuring equity and guarantee trusts for our institutional and individual clients.
He has also been involved in the area of legal structures, advising individuals and families to organize their personal assets, and thus guarantee an organized future for their beneficiaries.
