Career

He has been working since 2003. César Augusto Moreno, specialises in the areas of Litigation of Civil Matters, especially relating to Contracts Law (breaches, nullities), Inheritances (testate or intestate), Contractual and Extra-Contractual Civil Liability and Arbitral Litigation.

He served as a Judicial Officer from 1990 to 2006, in positions such as: Notifier, Court Reporter, Scribe, Senior Official, Executor Sheriff and Judicial Secretary of Circuit and Municipal Courts of the Civil Branch.

He was also an official of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, in the Office of the Special Prosecutor for Civil Affairs, from 2006 to 2010, where he held the positions of Attorney II, Assistant Prosecutor and Senior Prosecutor.

In Arbitral matters, César Augusto Moreno, was Representative of the Attorney General of the Nation before the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in the arbitration process proposed against the Republic of Panama, with an amount of 60 million US dollars and before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, Colombia, in the arbitration process proposed by the Republic of Panama.
