Career
Michelle joined the SUCRE | ARIAS | REYES firm in 2003, in the Corporate Department.
Her legal practice has focused on different areas such as Corporate Law, International Law and Insurance Law, in which she provides the best advice and guidance to her client portfolio. She has been a member since 2018 and has more than 20 years of experience offering specialized advice to local and foreign clients in the constitution of corporate vehicles.
She worked in different procedures related to the issuance of insurance and reinsurance licenses in our country, and also carried out the mandatory registration of foreign reinsurance insurance and broker companies before the Superintendencia de Seguros y Reaseguros de Panamá (Superintendence of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama).
