Career

​​Felipe returns to the Firm – he was an associate between 2003 and 2006 – to continue his diversified career of 25 years in the market, covering M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, besides asset management, wealth management, corporate finance and capital markets.

In addition to working at Veirano in the early 2000s, Felipe practiced in other renowned Brazilian law firms. He founded his own in 2015: Demori Claudino Sociedade de Advogados. He was also a co-founder of Leblon Equities, a traditional asset management firm focused on Brazilian equity, where he worked for many years. Between 1998 and 1999, he was an international associate at the New York office of Shearman & Sterling.

Felipe built his career in asset management firms as well as in some of the largest law firms in the country and abroad, standing out in advising on M&A transactions, in private equity, and venture capital investments, as well as in asset management, wealth management, corporate finance and capital markets.

Throughout his career, Felipe sat on boards of directors and advisory boards of private and publicly held companies, in addition to actively participating in study groups related to corporate governance, capital markets and other issues in associations such as ANBIMA, ABVCAP, and AMEC.
