Abdul advises on all aspects of property law, including residential and commercial acquisitions and disposals, leasing and management, property developments, investments, joint ventures, registration of notarial deeds and servitudes. He has experience in a variety of corporate and commercial transactions including real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions. His expertise extends to legal due diligence reports, including reports in respect of public-private partnerships and feasibility studies in respect of property developments to be undertaken by and between Municipal and Provincial Government and Private Parties.
