Craig has advised on the establishment of freehold and sectional title, commercial, industrial and residential developments throughout South Africa.
He represents listed property funds, property developers and commercial property lenders in financing property acquisitions, developments, restructures and refurbishments.
Craig has advised both lenders and developers on land issues arising from renewable energy projects under the South African Department of Energy’s renewable energy programme.
Craig has BA and LLB degrees from Rhodes University and an LLM from the University of South Africa.
