Carolina Kiyomi Iwamoto focuses her practice on highly complex cases involving debt restructuring, corporate restructuring and insolvency. Carolina has extensive experience in advising local and international investors and creditors, as well as large debtors, which enables her to deal with cases from a wide business perspective. She advises clients in central roles in some of the major and most complex restructuring cases in Brazil, some of them with transactional aspects, including the judicial reorganizations of Oi, OAS, OGX, OSX, PDG, Odebrecht, Atvos and Constellation, and the out-of-court debt restructurings of Azul and JBS.
