Thiago Del Pozzo Zanelato advises local and foreign clients on domestic and international arbitration proceedings, as well as on complex litigation disputes and corporate mediation proceedings. He concentrates his practice on commercial disputes involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate law in general, infrastructure/construction, sports law, sale of goods and international law in general. In addition, Thiago has significant experience in conducting multijurisdictional litigation, including procedures for the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. He also advises on international law matters.
