Position

Kelleher is an Associate in McCarthy Tétrault’s National Pension, Benefits, and Executive Compensation (PBEC) Practice and a member of the firm’s Pension Funds Investment Group.

Kelleher provides strategic advice to public, private and not-for-profit clients on legal issues arising in respect of the planning, establishment, governance, administration, and wind-up of pension plans, profit sharing plans, registered retirement savings plans, welfare benefits plans, retirement compensation arrangements, equity compensation plans and other forms of executive compensation.

Kelleher also regularly advises clients on pension, benefit and executive compensation matters arising in the context of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and credit facilities.
