Kathleen advises on corporate, securities and mining laws, with a focus on corporate finance and mergers & acquisition transactions. She has extensive experience acting for companies involved in mineral exploration, development and production, who have projects throughout the world. She has a deep knowledge of alternative finance arrangements in the mining sector, including metal streams, property options, earn-in agreements and royalties. Kathleen is also frequently engaged to assist in negotiating joint venture and co-ownership agreements in the mining sector.
