Ms. Yeshman is a versatile, results and client service oriented attorney. She has wide ranging experience in negotiating and drafting complex commercial and technology contracts. She routinely leads complex negotiations involving cloud hosting, SaaS, outsourcing (BPO and ITO) and other commercial contracts.
Ms. Yeshman is highly involved in the firm’s pro bono activities. She is a member of the DC Office Pro Bono Committee and volunteers the majority of her pro bono time to the Innocence Project and the DC Bar’s Small Business Legal Advice Clinic. Ms. Yeshman is also a frequent writer and contributor to Hunton Andrews Kurth’s client alerts and blog posts and a conference presenter.
