Cecilia has deep experience with outsourcing, complex commercial and innovative technology transactions, especially pertaining to e-commerce, payments and other FinTech services. She is known for negotiating a wide range of technology transactions, including those involving information technology and business process outsourcing, technology licensing, cloud services, systems integration, payment processing and commercial contracts. She represents a wide spectrum of clients, including in the financial services, retail, healthcare and hospitality industries. In addition, Cecilia routinely advises clients on the use of electronic signatures, the development of website and online terms, credit card programs and core banking platforms. Cecilia has been recognized for her practical and tailored approach to advising her clients and for her depth of market understanding.
