For 20 years, Aaron has advised clients on a broad range of complex privacy, cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence matters, including during his time as the managing partner of HuntonAK’s London office. As a leader on the firm’s privacy team, Aaron provides strategic yet practical advice to clients on large-scale cybersecurity incidents, compliance with existing and emerging regulatory requirements related to privacy, cybersecurity and AI, and negotiating complex data-driven agreements, including in the context of high-profile corporate transactions.
Aaron regularly advises clients across a range of industries, with a particular focus on private equity, financial services, technology, retail, CPG, and life sciences. He is well-known for his unique transatlantic and commercial perspective. On account of his diligence and focus on the needs of his clients, Aaron has been named a BTI “Client Service All‐Star”.
Outside of his client work, Aaron is a sought-after media resource on privacy and cybersecurity issues and is regularly quoted in leading publications.
