For 20 years, Aaron has advised clients on a broad range of complex privacy and cybersecurity matters, including during his time as the managing partner of HuntonAK’s London office. As a leader on the firm’s privacy team, Aaron’s work includes advising clients across the globe on high-profile corporate transactions, large-scale cybersecurity incidents, compliance with existing and emerging regulatory requirements in the U.S., UK, EU, and Asia, and negotiating complex data-driven agreements. Aaron regularly represents clients in private equity (their portfolio companies), financial services, technology, retail, consumer packaged goods, and life sciences. He is well-known for his unique transatlantic and commercial perspective on privacy and cybersecurity matters. On account of his diligence and focus on the needs of his clients, Aaron has been named a BTI “Client Service All‐Star”. Outside of his client work, Aaron is a sought-after media resource on privacy issues and has been quoted in such publications as TIME Magazine, The Times (London), Bloomberg, Businessweek Magazine, Law360, LegalTech, Corporate Secretary, and DataGuidance.
