Highly regarded in the outsourcing space, Andy has significant experience negotiating outsourcing transactions with all of the major service providers, from information technology outsourcing transactions (e.g., data center and infrastructure, applications maintenance and development, network, desktop, etc.) to business process outsourcing transactions (e.g., human resources, facilities management, finance & accounting, etc.).

Andy also routinely advises clients on technology transactions, including cloud computing transactions, large-scale ERP acquisitions and systems integration agreements, traditional software licensing and professional services arrangements with vendors of all sizes.

Andy’s vast experience in the retail, consumer products and energy industries allows him to efficiently advise on the legal issues associated with outsourcing and technology agreements for his clients in these industries, while being ever conscious of issues specific to each of those industries.
