Mathilde Lefranc-Barthe concentrates her practice on international litigation as well as arbitration. She is head of the Litigation Practice for the firm’s Paris office. Her areas of practice include complex commercial disputes as well as real estate, including construction litigation. She also assists major players in the healthcare sector, on regulatory, contractual and litigation matters. Her practice of international litigation includes conflicts of laws and jurisdictions, the service of documents in France and in the United States, and the taking of evidence in France, in the course of proceedings pending abroad.
